Shipping & Returns



Standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days IF IN STOCK.  If we are out of stock then an item may take up to 10-15 business days from time of processing order.  We communicate with all our customers if this is to happen as our number one priority is to keep our customers satisfied.  We process orders Monday through Friday.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days from time of placing your order for processing.
  • We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. A tracking number email may come separate from your notice of order fulfillment.
  • Please be advised that if an item is on back order from our distributor the shipping time will unfortunately be delayed. We will contact you immediately if this is the issue and accommodate a change in the order if necessary. 

If your shipment is incorrect or damaged:

Please inspect all items upon arrival for errors or damage. Contact us immediately if there are any problems. If you return any items without contacting us we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund. 


Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Please give us the courtesy by contacting us so that we may be able to issue an exchange or fix any problem you may have. . Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt. We are unable to issue a refund for shipping charges. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original tags. Items not returned in this condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays for shipping on all exchanges unless otherwise noted.
